Teacher, coach, assistant coach, manager, player, and a super fan of water polo. From grassroots right through to the top level, I firmly believe in creating opportunities for all players, referees, and coaches to achieve their personal best. I strive to inspire and empower at all levels fostering a love of the game whilst promoting respect, fair play, and opportunity.
