Fun Officer Training
Girls Making Waves
Whether learning to play or looking to raise your game in the pool or on pool deck, Girls Making Waves provides safe and fun water polo for girls and women. It's been an amazing two seasons delivering Girls Making Waves water polo across NSW, so far, we have visited: Albury - Wodonga, Cootamundra, Illawarra, Newcastle, Orange, Tenterfield, Tamworth, & Wagga Wagga.
Next season we want to deliver even more programs across the state and to do this we need more Fun Officers!
Future Fun Officers
Ideally the future Fun Officers registering for this training will currently be coaching at club level and passionate about learning some new skills to support the future generation. The training will be provided for free, spaces are limited, so sign up quick to secure your spot and start your journey as a Girls Making Waves Fun Officer.
Program Details
This session is an awesome opportunity to learn from one of our favourite Girls Making Waves Fun Officer’s - Michaela Davies. The training will be delivered in two parts, the first part will be theory - covering some of the basics for keeping participants engaged and safe, the second part is practical experience – learning coaching and program delivery skills hands on.
