Water Polo NSW want to provide more opportunities for our communities to learn how to play water polo. We want to have accessible and affordable programs that are readily available for anyone who wants to come and try the sport! We are trying to break down barriers and give players the opportunity to learn water polo at any stage in their life! Water Polo NSW want to provide an experience for our athletes to learn from the best coaches we have in our programs. 

These 4 - Week sessions will provide an opportunity for players to learn the basic fundamentals of water polo and how the sport is played. It will give players a chance to learn how to eggbeater and swim using water polo techniques and have fun while doing it! These sessions will include athletes from the ages of 18+

 

During the sessions players will:

• Build confidence in eggbeatter, water polo swimming, and basic fundamental water polo skills. 
• Learn new skills and how to apply them in a game
• Learn how to play the game
  • Play water polo games both modified and full strength games

**All participants must be competent swimmers in deep water
