Bring a friend to try water polo for free*

If you’ve never played before and are interested in giving water polo a go in a fun, safe environment - register your interest and come join us for a free session. If you play and have a friend who might like to try it, sign up together.

Water Polo NSW in partnership with the Office of Sport’s and ‘Her Sport Her Way’ grant program are offering introductory water polo fun sessions. These are aimed at reducing barriers to participation, promoting inclusive sport experiences, and growing the game for women and girls. For more info on the program click here.

Sessions include:

• Land based skills
• Shallow water fun and games
• Floatation assisted games
