A Message From The CEO
A message from the CEO content

Water Polo NSW (WPNSW) is proud to launch our regular monthly newsletter today to ensure we keep our water polo community up to date and informed with as much information as possible throughout the year.

Since commencing work with WPNSW it has been loud and clear that we need to re-set our strategy and refine our objectives and servicing to our current and future water polo community. We have heard you, and we have commenced a review that has included survey’s, a workshop with the board and executive, and next we will run some town halls to connect back to you with a draft 12-month short term strategy for your feedback and input. This will be happening in the coming months, and I look forward to meeting with you and engaging further with everyone. This is your sport and our team wish to learn, improve and re-set so we can be a high performing organisation.

Finally, we have an exciting next two months of water polo to soak up the last of summer. We have the Junior State Championships, Col Smee event, and there are many clubs likely to be participating in the Australian Water Polo League (AWL) finals set for 25-27 April in Sydney. I look forward to cheering our NSW clubs go for gold.

  • The WPNSW Board recently held a strategic workshop that identified some key areas for us to improve communications with you, our valued members and subscribers. This newsletter is the exciting first step towards making those improvements.
